Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Source consultants and candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other online platforms.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against client requirements.
  • Conduct initial discussions with consultants to understand their skills, experience, availability, and career preferences.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Market consultant profiles to clients and recruiters for suitable opportunities.
  • Submit consultant profiles against relevant job requirements.
  • Assist consultants in identifying and applying for suitable positions when required.
  • Coordinate with recruiters, vendors, hiring managers, and clients regarding submissions, interviews, and placement activities.
  • Perform cold calling and outreach activities to engage consultants, recruiters, vendors, and prospective clients.
  • Generate and nurture leads for recruitment and business development initiatives.
  • Support client acquisition efforts by identifying and connecting with potential organizations.
  • Assist in expanding business relationships and staffing partnerships.
  • Draft and send professional emails to consultants, clients, and recruitment partners.
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel sheets, CRM systems, and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and process updates.
  • Support day-to-day recruitment, staffing, and operational activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and professional client interactions.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, internet research, and data management.
  • Lead generation and sales communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in a night-shift schedule aligned with US recruitment operations.
