Responsibilities:
Caregiver Sourcing & Onboarding:
- Actively source, qualify, and onboard various pet care professionals onto our platform like - Pet boarding homeowners, pet sitters, day carers, dog walkers and trainers, pet groomers, pet taxi owners, pet hotels, veterinarians and clinic staff.
- Conduct in-person visits to homes, clinics, and businesses to complete necessary Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and ensure service quality standards are met.
- Ensure every caregiver clears Uluv’s Non-Negotiables Checklist with 100% accuracy.
Field Operations & Campaign Execution:
- Execute on-ground adoption campaigns in residential societies, colleges, and pet-friendly communities.
- Drive high-volume caregiver sign-ups through structured outreach and relationship building.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to Uluv’s service standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sign-ups, verifications and onboarding progress.
- Share regular updates including photos/videos/documents where applicable
- Report any concerns, injuries or behaviour changes immediately
