What We're Looking For
- We need a Performance Marketing hustler — someone who loses sleep over a bad CPM and gets a dopamine hit when ROAS improves.
- You could be a college student, a recent grad, or a self-taught freelancer.
- We don't care about your degree. We care about what you've done.
What You'll Own
- Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad campaigns end to end
- Set up and manage Google Ads — search, shopping, and display
- Manage our Shopify analytics — track funnels, drop-offs, conversion rates
- Build and test landing pages that actually convert
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to analyse performance and find optimisation opportunities
- Brief the creative team on ad content based on data — you connect the dots between numbers and storytelling
- Weekly reporting on CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM — and your plan to improve them
You're Our Person If
- You've run at least one real Meta or Google Ads campaign — even with ₹500 of your own money
- You know what ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, and thumb-stop rate mean without Googling them
- You've poked around Shopify, Ads Manager, or Google Analytics at least once
- You use AI tools to work smarter — not just to write emails
- You're hungry. You want to own something, not assist someone
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with any D2C or e-commerce brand (even a friend's or college project)
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, or A/B testing
- A personal brand, meme page, or anything that shows you understand digital distribution
What You Get
- Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000/month (based on experience — negotiable for the right person)

- Strong Letter of Recommendation from a founder with 6+ years of FMCG experience
- First right of refusal for a full-time role as we scale
