What you'll do:

Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and our network
Run first-level outreach and screening conversations
Build and maintain candidate trackers and shortlists
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Help map roles and turn briefs into search strategies

You're a fit if you're diligent, organised, comfortable talking to and messaging people you don't know, and genuinely interested in recruitment and talent. We offer a monthly stipend plus a performance incentive on every successful placement, direct mentorship from an experienced recruiter and a recommendation letter.
