Details
Roles:
- Execute daily outbound sales activities (calls, WhatsApp, emails) to generate leads and close deals
- Identify, research, and target high-potential prospects across relevant industries
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline (no random outreach, structured approach)
- Sit in core strategy and sales meetings with founders — not just observe, but contribute
- Handle client conversations and follow-ups independently
- Take ownership of specific campaigns and drive results end-to-end
- Lead small initiatives and coordinate with team members when required
Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound sales calls to generate leads and book meetings
- Identify and qualify B2B prospects (companies, facility managers, contractors, institutions)
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline (tracking follow-ups, conversions, status)
- Conduct initial sales conversations and requirement understanding
- Support and participate in meetings with founders and senior team
- Execute follow-ups aggressively to move deals forward
- Take ownership of assigned targets and drive closures
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Open to freshers, but only if you’re willing to do high-volume outreach daily
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English required; fluent English is a plus)
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection repeatedly
- Basic understanding of sales mindset (not theory,actual execution willingness)
- Self-driven no hand-holding for daily tasks
