Summary:

SEAD Realty is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our vibrant team. This is an invaluable opportunity to gain practical experience in the fast-paced world of real estate sales. You will work closely with our experienced agents, contributing to lead generation, client engagement, and market analysis. This role offers a dynamic learning environment where you can develop essential sales and negotiation skills. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
  • Conduct market research to understand property trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings for prospective clients.
  • Support the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups.
  • Learn and utilize CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the real estate sales cycle.
  • Shadow experienced sales agents to learn best practices.

Requirements:

This role is open to individuals who are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in the real estate industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • A strong interest in sales and the real estate market is essential, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite is expected, along with the ability to quickly learn new software.
