Details

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels.
  • Support the sales team in managing leads and maintaining the sales pipeline.
  • Assist in conducting product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Research target markets, industries, customer segments, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and performance review sessions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic proficiency in email communication, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products, SaaS solutions, or technology services.
  • Active presence on LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms.
