Details
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels.
- Support the sales team in managing leads and maintaining the sales pipeline.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Research target markets, industries, customer segments, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and performance review sessions.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic proficiency in email communication, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of IT products, SaaS solutions, or technology services.
- Active presence on LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms.
