Details
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, and networking
- Present and explain company services to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline)
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation
- Follow up with leads and inquiries regularly
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts
- Update CRM or maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and deals
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (websites, apps, software) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales
