Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential users, institutions, startups, and business partners.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and explain platform features and benefits.
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Support marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and community-building activities.
- Gather user feedback and market insights to help improve product positioning.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine growth strategies.
- Assist in user onboarding and provide product training when required.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, business development, or startups.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, SaaS, or tech is preferred but not mandatory.
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
