Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand and articulate the features and benefits of our software products to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and offering appropriate software solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product enhancement.
- Manage sales pipelines and track progress towards sales targets using CRM tools.
