Job Summary:
- Responsible for post-admission student support, documentation coordination, and customer handling
- Manage students after admission and ensure timely document submission
- Provide continuous assistance throughout the online degree process
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Admission Support:
- Handle students after admission confirmation
- Guide students regarding next steps after enrollment
- Coordinate with universities/partners for post-admission activities
Documentation Management:
- Collect, verify, and submit student documents as per university requirements
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines
- Maintain proper digital and physical records of student documentation
Student / Customer Handling:
- Act as the single point of contact for students after admission
- Resolve student queries related to documentation, LMS access, fees, and academic process
- Provide regular updates to students regarding their admission status
Coordination & Follow-ups:
- Follow up with students for pending documents and approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, university partners)
- Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution
Data & Reporting:
- Update student details in CRM / Excel / internal systems
- Maintain accurate records of post-admission cases
- Prepare basic reports on admissions and documentation status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred)
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM systems
- Ability to handle students professionally and patiently
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in education consultancy, student support, or operations preferred
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
