Deloitte is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build a pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve the required hiring demand and productivity targets
- Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate's needs are met.
- Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements are used
- Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
- Keeping candidates warm with various engagements until they join and ensuring the best candidate experience throughout the process.
- Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 0 - 1 year of Internship experience into HR/Talent Acquisition
- A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.
- Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical skills, good business understanding
