Job Title:
- Associate Lead – Talent & Business Operations
Role Details:
- Role Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)
- Location: Remote / Bengaluru
- Reporting To: Founder
- Compensation: Monthly fixed + performance-based incentives (per placement)
Executive Summary:
- Opportunity to work in a dual role combining Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Responsible for managing hiring pipelines and post-hire employee lifecycle
- Acts as a key point of contact for deployed employees and ensures smooth operations
- Plays a critical role in building processes and supporting business delivery
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (60%):
- Manage end-to-end sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche platforms
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify quality passive candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews for skills, fit, and availability
- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback
- Handle offer discussions and candidate negotiations
- Build and maintain a ready-to-deploy talent pipeline
HR Operations & Payroll (30%):
- Manage onboarding (KYC, BGV, documentation, offer rollout)
- Handle offboarding processes including exit formalities and settlements
- Prepare and maintain payroll and attendance records
- Coordinate with clients for payroll approvals and processing
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and statutory requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Administrative Support (10%):
- Maintain MIS reports for billing and receivables
- Support proposal creation and reporting for clients
- Assist the founder with operational and strategic documentation
Candidate Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Resdex
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, payroll formulas)
- Understanding of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus Act preferred)
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients

- Strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
