About the Role:
- We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Talent Management Intern who understands the intersection of high-end aesthetics and air-tight operations. You will be the driving force behind our talent roster—scouting, onboarding, and managing top-tier models, actors, and promotional staff for major brands and production houses.
- We don't do "standard." We operate with a luxury, editorial visual standard and are building the infrastructure to match. If you have an eye for premium talent, a mind for tech-driven workflows, and zero tolerance for operational leaks, this role is built for you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Scouting & Curation: Leverage platforms like Unstop, industry networks, and digital campaigns to discover fresh faces and seasoned talent. You must possess a strong aesthetic eye to ensure all roster additions align with our high-end, commercial, and editorial standards.
- The "No-Bypass" Enforcement: Act as the absolute gatekeeper. You will implement and strictly enforce our operational protocols to ensure that all interactions, bookings, and contact information exchanges between talent and clients/production houses remain 100% routed through the agency.
- Tech-Enabled Pipeline Management: Drive the talent lifecycle using our custom-built web portals and automated CRMs. You will manage real-time talent selection systems, ensuring client profile viewing is seamless and data-driven.
- Talent Development & Briefing: Prepare models and actors for high-stakes shoots and campaigns. Ensure they understand the creative brief, the brand's luxury positioning, and on-set etiquette.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between our talent roster and our internal business strategists, ensuring a flawless execution pipeline from initial scouting to final invoicing.

- Ironclad Professionalism: You are fiercely protective of agency assets and can diplomatically but firmly enforce operational boundaries and "no-bypass" rules with both talent and clients.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working alongside automated workflows, digital scouting portals, and modern management stacks. You prefer systemized efficiency over manual chaos.
- Agility & Scale: You can manage high-volume manpower requirements (like 70+ event staff) just as flawlessly as a highly curated 3-person commercial shoot.
- Communication: Elite written and verbal communication skills. You know how to pitch talent effectively and manage expectations with top-tier brands.
