Responsibilities:
- Making 80-120 outbound calls daily to potential buyers from lead lists, promoting verified plots and homes in Bangalore areas like Singasandra and Whitefield.
- Explaining property features, pricing, legal docs, and site visit options using provided scripts in Kannada/English/Hindi.
- Qualifying leads by noting buyer needs (budget, location) and logging in Google Sheets/CRM for team follow-up.
- Handling objections politely, scheduling site visits, and following up on warm leads via WhatsApp.
- Achieving daily targets (e.g., 20 qualified leads) and reporting call metrics to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed BBA, B.Com, or any degree; freshers welcome with interest in real estate sales.
- Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi for effective calling in Bengaluru markets.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and objection handling.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM for lead logging; quick learner for scripts and property details.
- Available full-time (10 AM-7 PM), resilient, target-driven, and team player.
- Local Bengaluru resident preferred for easy commute to Singasandra office.
