Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain travel packages
- Handle inbound queries and convert leads into bookings
- Promote Domestic and International travel packages to senior travellers
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable itineraries
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth booking processes
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Interest in travel, tourism, and sales
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Prior sales or calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
