UX Troupe is Hiring — UI / UX Design Intern

• UX Troupe started as a community for self-learning designers. Now, we are building a studio where designers can learn by doing.
• After speaking with many designers, I realized that learning tools and skills is no longer the biggest challenge. The real challenge is exposure. Many designers want to understand how real products are built, launched, and improved in real-world scenarios — not just fictional redesign projects like IRCTC or parking apps.
• This made perfect sense to me.
• Even when I spoke with hiring teams at companies, they shared the same concern. In many cases, portfolios and case studies look very similar. Designers often follow standard templates and create case studies without deep research or meaningful insights.
• That is why I wanted to create a studio environment where designers can work closely with a live product that is used by thousands of users every day. A place where they can evolve ideas into real products and understand the complete journey of building something meaningful.
• The goal of this studio is to support designers in their growth journey by providing the right environment, guidance, workflow, and resources.
• In short, this is not a training center or a traditional design school. It is an experimental lab.

About the Internship:

• The purpose of this internship is to find creative designers who genuinely want to be part of this journey.
• As a first step, I am building 3 products and taking them live to acquire real users. Designers joining the studio will get the opportunity to observe, contribute, and learn from real product-building experiences.
• One product is already built, and the next two are currently in progress.
• To move faster, I am looking for a few people who can collaborate with me closely and grow alongside this vision. We are also exploring frameworks and workflows that can help designers turn ideas into live products efficiently using AI tools such as Claude Code and others.

Who Should Apply:

• I would prefer candidates who are excited about this journey, especially final-year students from design schools.
• This opportunity is currently open only to candidates based in Bangalore, since we may need to meet occasionally for in-person discussions and collaboration.
