Roles:
- Own the end-to-end editing process for our video content — from raw footage to final export — across reels, YouTube, ads, and brand films.
- Work closely with the creative team to translate briefs and references into edits that match the intended direction and tone.
- Step in as a shoot assistant when needed, helping capture footage you'll later edit.
- Bring a strong creative sense, speed, and professionalism — someone the team can rely on to ship quality work on time.
- Required tools: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Bonus: After Effects, color grading, basic cinematography.
Responsibility:
- Editing raw footage into polished short-form and long-form videos (reels, YouTube content, ads, brand films) using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including cuts, transitions, color grading, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
- Interpreting creative briefs and references to deliver edits that match the intended direction, mood, and brand tone — with minimal hand-holding.
- Assisting on shoots when required — helping with camera setup, lighting, framing, and capturing usable footage on location or in-studio.
- Managing project timelines independently, handling revisions quickly, and organizing project files, assets, and exports in a clean, shareable structure.
Requirements:
- Adobe premium pro or any good editing software
