Associate Product Manager (Quest2Travel / Q2T Division)

• Conceptualize, scope, and engineer scalable and high-impact digital products and application features tailored for the corporate travel management ecosystem.

• Formulate and execute a data-driven product strategy and platform roadmap, matching engineering priorities to simplify enterprise booking flows.

• Own the end-to-end product release lifecycle, collaborating across cross-functional software engineering, UI/UX design, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing squads.

• Establish, monitor, and structurally optimize core platform Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous user experience upgrades post-launch.

• Conduct extensive customer discovery loops, enterprise feedback tracking, and market research to shape future feature definitions.

• Evaluate market competitive landscapes to optimally position the business platform to appeal to major institutional corporate users.

• Coordinate directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering departments to launch new platform capabilities and manage enterprise onboarding.

• Maintain a constant focus on financial Return on Investment (ROI), evaluating how backend updates translate into broader business revenue.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech), Computer Science, or a quantitative business baseline in Commerce (B.Com Honours / Business Administration) combined with technical systems tracking experience. An MBA from a reputable institute is a strong plus.

• Core Specialization: 1 to 2 years of professional experience navigating product discovery pipelines, wireframing user journeys, writing clear PRDs, and tracking development bugs.

• Data Literacy: Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills and a passion for data, with proven capabilities executing database queries (SQL) and parsing data trends inside Microsoft Excel.

• Technical Grounding: Solid conceptual appreciation of web technologies, API integrations, and product architectures to comfortably bridge gaps with backend developers.
