Business Development Manager (BDM)

The Role — End-to-End Business Development

We need a BD Specialist who can own the entire sales journey solo — from finding the right prospect to signing the deal. No hand-holding, no siloed responsibilities. You generate the leads, you fix the meetings, you give the demo, and you close.

• This is a startup. You'll wear multiple hats, move fast, and your results will directly shape the company's growth.

What You'll Own:

• Lead Generation — identify and reach out to HR leaders, TA heads, and recruitment agencies through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Appointment Fixing — engage prospects, handle initial objections, and get the right stakeholders on a call.
• Product Demo — confidently present ANN, tailor the pitch to the client's pain points, and leave them convinced.
• Deal Closure — follow up relentlessly, build proposals, negotiate, and bring it home.
• Pipeline Management — keep your CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) clean and your pipeline healthy at all times.

Market Intelligence — share what you're hearing from the field to sharpen our product and GTM strategy.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience — preferably in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, AI Hiring Tools, or HRMS.
• Someone who has done the full cycle — not just one part of it.
• Understands recruitment workflows, ATS systems, and what keeps an HR leader up at night.
• Strong communicator — crisp, confident, and persuasive in person, on a call, and over email.
• Self-motivated and target-driven — you set your own pace and hit your numbers.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by a fast-moving startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
