What Your Day Will Look Like
- Learn our platform Recruit CRM and understand the recruitment business.
- Answer client queries via chat, email, and video calls to gain experience.
- Help users understand how to use features and suggest workarounds.
- Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.
Training Period & Shift Details
During the initial 6-month training period, you'll be working in the primary Europe shift (12:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST). You’ll transition to one of our five core work shifts as a full-time employee as per requirement and availability.

- Can choose from 4 options (4 days or 5 days a week)
Traineeship Details:
Traineeship Program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day, payment of INR 20,000 per month.
Full-Time Opportunity: Based on your performance during the training program, you may be offered a full-time position as Customer Success Associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000 (INR 6,00,000 base salary + INR 2,00,000 yearly performance pay- paid out quarterly)
