Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical Financial Analysts to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who have cleared CFA Level II or Level III and are eager to build a career in US real estate finance and investment analysis. You will receive structured training while working closely with experienced professionals on live projects for US-based clients.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support investment analysis, underwriting, and valuation of real estate assets.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and key performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and financial due diligence.
• Assist with budgeting, portfolio analysis, and investment reporting.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to deliver accurate and timely financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and reporting standards.

Requirements:

• CFA Level II or CFA Level III cleared (mandatory).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance.
• Knowledge of investment analysis and capital markets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Willingness to work the night shift.
