Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to enhance product offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
