Performance Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness through smart, data-driven marketing. Join our dynamic team and help our clients scale with impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and media plans for primarily B2B clients.
• Manage budgets and campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, X, Quora, Native Ads, and more.
• Execute campaigns with hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.
• Conduct keyword and audience research for multiple industry verticals.
• Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize campaign performance.
• Optimize campaigns based on objectives such as Leads, Revenue, Website Traffic, App Installs, and Awareness.
• Explore new and emerging ad platforms to drive client growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights against KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports as per client needs.
• Develop innovative ad copy ideas to create impactful marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing roles, building multi-channel strategies including PPC, social media, and affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
