Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-Time Engineering Students: Final-year students pursuing a full-time B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering from the selected list of colleges.
- No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible.
Annual Compensation:
- Fixed Entry Compensation: 6 LPA
- CTC on Confirmation: 7.5 LPA (@20% incentive)
Here’s what you can expect:
- Drive influencer acquisition, engagement, and conversion within the assigned territory to support tertiary sales growth.
- Execute on-ground market activation activities, including influencer identification, site visits, product demonstrations, and electrician/contractor meets.
- Promote the product portfolio and loyalty programs to strengthen brand preference and adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key retailers in the market.
- Capture market insights and competitive intelligence to support sustained market performance.
Note: Trainees hired will be engaged under the Apprentices Act, 1961, during their training period. Please note that this does not affect your roles, responsibilities, compensation, or reporting structure.
