Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-Time Students: Final-year students pursuing a full-time MBA from the selected list of colleges, preferably candidates with a B.Tech background in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.
- No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible.
Annual Compensation:
- Fixed Entry Compensation: 7LPA (For All)
- CTC on Confirmation: Sales - 8.8 LPA (@20% Incentive) Others: 8.0 LPA (@10% Performance Pay)
