About the Role

We are looking for a relentless Sales & Growth Executive to take RTO Buddy—the fastest AI-powered documentation tool—to the next level. Your mission is to connect with automobile dealers, demonstrate how we cut documentation time to under 4 seconds, and turn them into loyal partners.

You won’t be managing a desk; you’ll be hunting for business. You’ll be provided with a lead list, but your success will depend on your grit, your ability to handle "no," and your talent for closing the deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume, aggressive cold calling and outreach to automobile dealership owners and managers.
  • Product Demos: Deliver powerful, high-impact product demonstrations that showcase how RTO Buddy automates documentation and eliminates bottlenecks.
  • The "Persistence" Cycle: Manage a rigorous follow-up cadence. We believe in the "no-to-yes" conversion; you are expected to stay in touch with prospects until a final decision is reached.
  • Pipeline Management: Track your outreach, demo status, and conversion rates diligently.
  • Objection Handling: Identify the pain points of busy dealership owners and provide tailored solutions that prove why RTO Buddy is a non-negotiable asset for their business.
  • Closing: Drive the deal from the first "hello" to the final purchase agreement.

Requirements:

  • Unshakeable Resilience: You see rejection as the first step toward a "yes." You are not easily discouraged and thrive in a high-pressure, competitive sales environment.
  • Communication Mastery: You must be highly comfortable speaking in Hindi to effectively engage with business owners on their terms. You should be able to simplify technical software concepts into clear, benefit-driven language.
  • Process Oriented: You understand that sales is a numbers game. You are disciplined with your daily outreach targets and follow-ups.
  • Tech Literacy: You are comfortable learning and demonstrating software platforms.
  • Qualification: We don’t care about your degree. We care about your hunger, your sales record, and your ability to close deals.
