Requirements

- 2-8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
