The role involves driving business growth, developing healthcare partnerships, managing operations, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the Home Healthcare business in the assigned territory.
• Develop partnerships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Generate patient referrals and drive business growth.
• Own territory performance and revenue.
• Recruit and manage the local team.
• Ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Execute local growth initiatives and track business performance.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in Healthcare Sales, Business Development, Healthcare Partnerships, or City Operations.
• Candidates must have experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
