Hall of Fame (Flagship Strategy Simulation Challenge): Stages and Timelines
Round 1: The Fine Art of Business Acumen
An online quiz testing business acumen, decision-making skills and knowledge about upcoming business trends
Round 2: The Chanakya Chronicle
Teams that advance to this round will be required to submit a 2-3 minutes long video as their idea submission to a case study.
Round 3: Merge and Surge
10 teams will be shortlisted and will be invited to the campus. In this round, each team is randomly allocated a company by picking chits. They act as business entities and negotiate with each other to set up a joint venture. The merging teams give a presentation justifying their joint venture and stating their future plans.
The End Game
4 teams forming the best joint venture advance to the next and final round. Each shortlisted team will be provided a case brief along with the description of the role they will be playing in the discussion. The teams will be judged on the clarity of thought process and ability to defend their position.

In today’s time, organisations need to be on their toes to analyze and respond to the dynamic business environment. The managers not only need to bank upon their past experiences but also gauge the possible future developments and apply their creative minds. We at OJAS XII, bring to all of you Hall of Fame, the Flagship Strategy Event. This competition revolves around presenting to its participants the challenge of analyzing diverse opportunities or situations of the crisis faced by various organizations; developing strategies in response to the situations; and articulating their thoughts on what the execution of the suggested action plan should look like.
Get the thinking caps on, solve a case like never before, and walk away with all the FAME!
Rules and Registrations
- The event is open to students from all B-Schools.
- Participants in a team should be from the same institute and no participant can be a part of more than one team.
- The team will comprise of 2-3 members.
- The team can be from 1st and 2nd year.
- Only one entry is allowed per team for the competition.
- No change in the team structure is allowed after the team is registered.
- The teams will be shortlisted after round 1 and informed individually.
- Details of Round 2 will be uploaded after the announcement of the results of Round 1.
- The teams getting shortlisted for Grand finale will be informed individually.
