Sahyog: Stages and Timelines
Round 1: Sustainability Quotient
There will be a short time bound online quiz focused on ethics, decision making, socio-environmental topics. After this quiz, 60 successful teams will move to the video submission round.
Round 2: Spread the word- Video Pitch
A social issue topic will be allotted to the 60 teams. Each of these teams will be required to submit a video pitch of suggested measures for resolving the issue as per the instructions mentioned in the email. Five successful teams will move to the campus round. Please note that shortlisted participants/ teams have been sent email from sahyog.ojas@spjimr.org.
Showtime
Teams would be invited on campus · They will be given a problem statement on a social issue 3-4 days before their arrival on campus on which they have to prepare presentations along with pictures based on the theme ·The teams would get an opportunity to interact with people on ground .Teams would be evaluated on both creativity in pictures clicked and presentations.

Ojas XII presents you an opportunity to touch upon the lives of the sections of the society struggling with certain untapped issues. Use your grit, apply your business acumen to recommend strategic solutions for the issues faced by them. Immerse in their lives and make your contribution worthwhile.
Rules and Regulations
- Teams should comprise of 2-3 members
- Participant in a team should be from the same institute and no participant can be a part of more than one team
- The team can be from 1st and 2nd year
- Only one entry would be allowed per team for the competition
- No change in the team structure is allowed after the team is registered
- The teams will be shortlisted after round 1 and informed individually
- Details of Round 2 will be uploaded after the announcement of results of Round 1
- The teams getting shortlisted for round 2 will be informed individually along with the details of round 3
- Participants are requested to like the Facebook Page and join the event for regular updates
