Crescita, the flagship event of Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), is an ISO 9001:2008 certified event that embodies the spirit of innovation and growth. Named after the Italian word for "growth," Crescita began as a student initiative and has since evolved into a dynamic platform for showcasing business acumen. This year's theme, "Leadership in the Age of AI: Future of Business," explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on business leadership and strategic decision-making.

Crescita 2024 features events across six core business areas: Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Human Resources Management, Digital Business, and Finance. Each competition will challenge participants through three rounds, with the first two rounds held online in collaboration with Unstop. Finalists will be invited to BIM's Tiruchirappalli campus for the concluding rounds on November 22 and 23, 2024, where they’ll compete in person and demonstrate their expertise in navigating the future of business.
