Bizzare, The Business Quiz: Stages and Timelines
Round 1: Elimination Round (On Campus)
Round 1 will be a preliminary written round consisting of 25-30 questions for screening the top 8 teams. You will encounter a diverse range of topics, including but not limited to historical facts, business, entrepreneurship, notable personalities, and recent developments in the world. Each question will demand swift thinking and a decisive response. Utilize your teamwork and knowledge to brainstorm and arrive at the most accurate answers within the given time frame.
Round 2: Final Round (On Campus)
Top 8 teams that qualify from round 1 will go to round 2. The quiz will be conducted by Quizmaster Major Chandrakant Nair. The Grand Finale is a battleground of knowledge, where competitors can flex their business smarts, lightning-fast reflexes, and Sherlock Holmes-level dot-connecting skills. These questions won’t just ask for facts; they demand analysis and strategize under pressure. With multiple rounds featuring everything from business buzzwords to tech trivia, it'll be a rollercoaster ride of wit and wisdom!

Team Vista and iQ, the IIM Bangalore quizzing club, present Bizarre, the annual open business quiz hosted by renowned quizmaster Major Chandrakant Nair. Come test your skills and win fantastic prizes in the process!
Gather your squad of business-savvy pals and compete against the bests. The competition will consist of two exciting rounds: The Elimination Round and The Grand Finale.
Imagine yourself on the big stage, in the spotlight, confronting the charismatic Quizmaster Major Chandrakant Nair. This is where the Bizarre finale takes place, engaging the audience with mind-boggling questions and fierce rivalry. To participate in this amazing experience, you must be physically present on the IIMB campus!

Round 1 (Elimination):
- Participants will be participating in an offline quiz. Participants must be present on IIMB campus for the quiz.
- Event would last for 90 min at IIM Bangalore
Round 2 (Finale):
- On-stage final
- Participants must be present on IIMB campus for the quiz.
- The top 8 highest-scoring teams from Round 1 will move on to Round 2
Important:
- Teams may comprise up to 3 members.
- Final decision on mode and number of questions in quiz lies with organizers.
- Cross college teams are allowed.
- Participants must be present on IIMB campus for the quiz.
- The 8 top-scoring teams in prelims will move on to finals. The number may change according to the organizer’s discretion.
- All participants must be registered on Unstop.
- Team names provided during registration must be retained for the event. This is how teams will be tracked and organizers are not responsible for participants’ failure to comply.
- Individuals may only register for one team. Participants found to have registered in multiple teams will have all concerned teams disqualified.
