CaseCraft - The Consulting Case Competition: Stages and Timelines
Quiz Round (on Unstop)
This will be an online quiz round! You will see the “Play” button here, once the round is live. An online quiz round awaits participants once the "Play" button activates on Unstop. Registered teams will engage in a quiz that assesses their knowledge of consulting practices and business strategy. The results will be declared on 29th January.
Submission Round (via Unstop)
This will be a submission round! You will see the “Submit” button here, once the round is live. Teams will analyse a real-world business case and develop a solution in the second round. The task is to create a 1-slide presentation demonstrating strategic thinking and creativity, with an emphasis on the practical application of the proposed solutions. Evaluation will focus on the quality, originality, and feasibility of the solutions. The results will be declared on 5th February.
Offline Round
Shortlisted teams will advance to the final round—an in-person event where finalists present their case solutions to a live panel, followed by a Q&A session. This round aims to evaluate the quality of the presentations, the innovation and feasibility in the solutions, the thoroughness of the analysis, and the teams' ability to defend their strategies during the Q&A. Final round will be conducted on Campus on 10th February

CaseCraft is an annual national-level contest that challenges participants to devise innovative solutions for business problems. The competition aims to evaluate and reward the strategic thinking and business expertise of participating teams.
Round 1: Online Quiz
- Teams will compete in an online quiz that tests their knowledge across various business disciplines
- Quiz Format: 20 Objective Questions
- Duration: 20 Minutes
- Testing Areas: Consulting, Strategy, General Knowledge in Business
Round 2: Case Study Submission (Online)
- Participants are required to propose a preliminary solution to a given business scenario
- Presentation Requirement: 1 Slide in Presentation
- Judging Criteria: Deck quality, Creativity of Solution, and Feasibility of Suggestions
Round 3: Final Presentation (In-Person)
- Teams that advance from Round 2 will present a comprehensive solution
- Presentation Format: PowerPoint (PPT), 5 Slides
- Session: Live Presentation and Q&A with Jury
- Outcome: Winners will be declared based on the Presentation and Q&A Performance
Competition Guidelines
- Team Composition: Maximum of 4 Participants
- Round 2 Submission: 1-Slide PPT with Tentative Solution
- Round 3 Submission: 5-Slide PPT with Detailed Solution
- Deadlines: No extensions; adherence to deadlines is mandatory
- Disqualification: Teams missing any component of the competition will be disqualified
- Inter-college team members are allowed
- Inter-specialization team members are allowed
Terms and Conditions:
- All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments will be with the organizing committee of the Masters' Union.
- The decisions of the organizers will be final and binding on all participants.
- Any unprofessional and inappropriate behavior on campus shall strictly not be accepted and will lead to immediate disqualification of the team and could also lead to a ban on the respective college for any events in the future.
