We are pleased to announce the return of Datalytics, the premier Analytics Fest organized by the Analytics Club of IIM Calcutta. Following the success of its inaugural edition, Datalytics is dedicated to cultivating an analytical mindset among business students and highlighting the practical significance of data. As the foundation of contemporary enterprises, analytics plays a pivotal role, with organizations increasingly relying on extensive data for informed decision-making. DATALYTICS remains committed to raising awareness about analytics among business students and facilitating their professional growth. Join us on this journey to explore the vast realm of data and refine your skills for an effortless transition into the data-driven future.
Datathon is the flagship event of Datalytics, where Analytics enthusiasts are presented with a real-life case and participants need to keep their analytical, critical, and innovative minds in sight. The Analytics Club of IIM Calcutta offers you the opportunity to present your business acumen skills and stand out from your future business competitors.
Date: 17th - 24th February 2024
Guidelines:
- This competition is open only for full-time MBA students currently enrolled in a B-School program for a 1-year or 2-year MBA degree (No specializations).
- You must go through the case & dataset provided and follow the instructions given.
- Teams should submit their final presentation in PDF format with the naming convention “TeamName_SchoolName.pdf”.
- There will be no extensions to the deadline; hence teams are requested to plan their work and submit accordingly.
- Team size: 2 to 3 participants
- Participants in the same team should be full-time students from the same campus.
- Cross-specialization and cross-year teams are not allowed.
- No participant from an institute can be part of more than one team. Such teams will be disqualified.
The participants must carefully read through and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments will be with the Analytics Club of IIM Calcutta.
- The Analytics Club team reserves the right to change the format or rules for any round in the competition.
- The decisions of the organizers will be final and binding on all participants.

About Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta
