Round 2: Navigating the Waves of Change
- In this round, participants will be tasked with analyzing a pressing governance-related challenge and developing a strategic response that embodies innovation, adaptability, and practicality. To ensure your approach stands out, you’ll need to outline a comprehensive plan that goes beyond traditional solutions. Your submission must include a two-slider (PPT) executive summary that clearly outlines your analysis, strategy, and recommendations.
- We are excited to share that Samagra will be presenting the case for this round, adding depth and real-world relevance to the challenge at hand. This is your chance to show how bold, forward-thinking strategies can pave the way for effective, sustainable governance.

Round 3: Campus Round - National Finalist
- Congratulations on making it to the final stage! Round 3 is where your strategic brilliance will come to life in front of an esteemed panel of judges. Finalists will be invited to the campus to present their ideas in a high-stakes, in-person pitch session that could propel your career to the next level.
- In this round, participants will be required to craft a 6-7 slide presentation that concisely and effectively elaborates on their strategic solution. Your pitch should showcase not only the depth and feasibility of your idea but also your ability to communicate and defend it with clarity and confidence. This is your moment to captivate the judges from Samagra, who will evaluate your approach based on innovation, impact, and execution potential.

This year, the stakes are higher than ever: Samagra is offering exclusive Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) opportunities to the winners, giving them an unparalleled edge as they kickstart their careers.
These PPIs are valuable for final placements, benefiting not only final-year UG and PG students but also those in earlier years, as they can be utilized during their final-year placement process.
Join us for Samagra x White Knight, where groundbreaking innovation intersects with transformative governance. This is your moment to drive change, showcase your brilliance, and shape the future. Don't just dream of making an impact – be the change!
Rules:
- Team Size: 2 to 3 members.
- Only the Team Leader should fill out the Registration Form.
- Team members can be from different colleges.
- The team leader will be the point of contact for all the further communication.
- No change is allowed in the name of the teams and the name of the team members once you are registered.
- All teams should adhere to the format specified in all the rounds.
- Ideas submitted as a part of a team's new business venture must present the original work of team members.
- The decision of the panel of judges regarding the evaluation will be the final and binding
- Backwaters and Samagra reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By entering this competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the competition material.
- Samagra shall be the sole provider of the PPIs, with Backwaters acting exclusively as an intermediary in this process. The final determination regarding the PPIs shall rest solely with Samagra, and any communications pertaining to such decisions shall be relayed to the winners through Samagra.
