Sangramam: Stages and Timelines
Quiz - On Unstop
- The quiz will be conducted on the Unstop platform.
- It will comprise 15 objective questions and 5 image-based questions.
- The objective questions will assess participants’ understanding of operations management.
- In the image-based questions, 2–3 images will be provided, and participants will be required to relate them and identify the operations management term they represent.
- The total duration for Round 1 will be 20 minutes
Submission Round (via Unstop) - Case Study Round
- The top teams will be selected from Round 1.
- A contemporary caselet will be provided only to these selected teams, and they have to submit their solutions.
- Each submission will be evaluated based on the quality of research, clarity of presentation, and the feasibility of the recommendations for the given problem scenario
Offline Round
A virtual simulation game will be conducted, where participants will manage an organization’s operations by balancing the supply and demand of products. Note: All students are required to carry the following items: Laptop with charger. And essentials such as notepads and pens will be provided.

Guidelines:
- Team Composition: Each team must consist of 2 to 3 members from the same institute.
- Eligibility: Open to all B-School students.
- Participation: Institutes may have multiple teams, but members cannot participate in more than one team. Teams with such members will be disqualified.
- Judgment: OPTIMA, BIM Trichy, retains final authority on all decisions.
- Rules Amendment: OPTIMA reserves the right to modify rules as needed. By participating, teams agree to abide by all rules and requirements.
- Integrity: Any plagiarism or rule violation leads to disqualification.
- Advancement: Only shortlisted teams proceed to Round 2.
- Scoring Tiebreaker: In case of a tie, ranking is based on the team completing the quiz in the least time.
