- Use data-backed arguments to make a compelling case and discuss the broader implications of these trends.
As the youngest cohort in the workforce, Gen Z brings fresh perspectives, digital fluency, and a strong sense of values. Guidelines:
- Eligibility: All Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
- Participation: Individual participation only.
- Word Limit: 1000 - 1200 words.
- Plagiarism: Plagiarized articles will lead to disqualification. AI-detection tools will be used to evaluate submissions. Any article found to be AI-generated will be disqualified.
Formatting:
- Font Style: Times New Roman.
- Font size 14 for headings.
- Font size 12 for body content.
- Include properly labeled exhibits (if used).
- Provide references for all data and sources at the end of the article.
- File Name Format: Student’s Full Name_College Name.
Judging Criteria:
- Originality of thought.
