Round 1: Prelims (Quiz)
The quiz will test the managerial skills of candidates related to general management and HR. The quiz would comprise of 25 questions with a duration of 15 minutes. The top 30 teams will proceed to the next round.
Round 2: Finals
The simulation would involve 2 years of gameplay i.e. approx. 3.5- 4 hours. The team can log in/ log off multiple times during the round to complete the simulation.

IIM Bangalore’s International Business Summit Vista 2024, in association with Focal & Canvas, presents C-Suite, powered by CeSim. Enter a virtual world, as your team battles with other CXOs in the areas of marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. Remember! Profitability alone won’t help you win. Be mindful of additional objectives as you create strategic plans and negotiate for budgets to outperform competitors.
Round 1: Prelims (Quiz):
- The registered teams will be provided with a one-hour window to take the quiz.
- The quiz duration will be 15 minutes.
- The quiz will have 25 questions covering areas of marketing, operations, finance, and human resources.
- The teams will be evaluated based on accuracy and speed, and there is no negative marking.
- Based on performance, the top 30 teams from Round 1 will qualify for Round 2, which will be held during Vista.
Round 2: Finals:
- This round will involve an online simulation involving 2 years of gameplay i.e. 3.5 - 4 hours.
- The registered teams will be provided with a demo version and tutorial.
- The teams will get a chance to run a virtual enterprise and make decisions in the domains of Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.
- Teams may log in/log out multiple times.
Rules:
- The registrations will close by 9:00 PM, 5th August 2024.
- Teams must comprise a maximum of three members, all of whom must be enrolled in a graduate or a post-graduate program at the time of the submission.
- Cross-college teams are not allowed.
- An institute can have any number of teams participating. However, if a team member is found participating as a part of more than one team, all such teams shall be disqualified.
Terms and Conditions:
- All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments will be with the organizing committee of Vista, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
- The format and structure of events on campus could be subject to change before the actual beginning of the event.
- The decisions of the organizers will be final and binding on all participants.
