Despite some progressive steps, many businesses lack structured programs to support LGBT+ students through internships, mentorships, and career development initiatives. Propose a scalable model for corporate engagement that bridges this gap, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that support the professional growth of LGBT+ youth while enhancing corporate diversity and inclusion efforts.

Case Presentation:
- Prompt: Addressing the skill gap among the LGBT+ youth from tier 2 and 3 cities
- Problem Statement: In recent years, there has been a significant push towards inclusive hiring practices, with organizations actively seeking to diversify their workforce. However, a substantial skill gap remains for LGBT+ youth from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, hindering their employment opportunities. Develop a comprehensive strategy to bridge the skill gap for LGBT+ youth from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, enabling them to compete effectively for job opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Task: Each team will develop and present an action plan addressing a specific issue(provided the case) within the LGBTQ+ community
- Duration: 10 minutes per team, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A
- Content Requirements:
- Issue Identification: Clearly describe the issue being addressed
- Research and Data: Provide supporting research and data
- Action Plan: Outline a detailed, practical action plan including objectives, strategies, and steps
- Impact Assessment: Explain the potential impact of the action plan
- Implementation Timeline: Provide a realistic timeline

- Team Composition: Teams must consist of 1-4 members
- Eligibility: Open to all college students and professionals
- Submission Requirements: All submissions must be original work of the participants
- Presentation: Teams must adhere to the given time limits during presentations
- Judging Criteria: Teams will be evaluated based on innovation, feasibility, impact, presentation skills, and adherence to the theme
