Round 1: Online Trading
The online virtual trading event will last for 5 trading days. The participant achieving maximum gain in portfolio value at the end of 5 days will be the overall winner of Fast Forward. Real-time market prices will be used, and the participants cannot influence the prices.

Overview:
IIM Bangalore’s international business summit, Vista 2024, presents Fast Forward, a trading competition in association with Investment Fund and StockGro. Participants will trade equities, options, and futures on the StockGro platform using real price feeds and margin calculations. Compete with real players to win cash awards, demonstrating trading acumen over five consecutive trading days.
Important Points:
- The actual event will start one week before Vista.
- The event will last for 5 trading days.
- Login information for the trading account will be made available to registered participants only.
- Details regarding login and registration on the online platform (StockGro) will be communicated via email.
- Participants will be ranked based on their performances.
- The individual achieving maximum gain in portfolio value at the end of five days will be the overall winner of Fast Forward.
- Real-time market prices will be used, and participants cannot influence the price.
- It is an online-only event.

- 5th Aug, 2024 9:35 AM - 9th Aug, 2024 3:25 PM (5 trading days).
Guidelines:
- This is an individual event, and the participant must be enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate program at the time of submission.
- The decisions of the organizers will be final and binding on all participants.
- Participants must carefully read through and agree to the following terms & conditions:
- All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity, and final judgments will be with the organizing committee of Vista, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
- The format and structure of events on campus could be subject to change before the actual beginning of the event.
- Winners need to post testimonials about their experience on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and 30-second video testimonials about their experience on Neostox to be eligible for the prize money.
