Crescita, the flagship event of Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), is an ISO 9001:2008 certified event that continues to embody the spirit of innovation and growth. Derived from the Italian word for "growth," Crescita was born as a student-driven initiative and has since evolved into a dynamic platform where ideas, strategies, and business acumen converge.

This year, Crescita embraces the theme “Innovate, Integrate, Strategize,” highlighting the importance of creativity, collaboration, and foresight in shaping the future of business. The event will bring together industry leaders, thought pioneers, and budding managers to engage in meaningful dialogues and competitions that inspire transformative thinking.

Crescita 2025 features events across diverse domains, encompassing both academic and non-academic areas. Each competition will challenge participants through multiple rounds, with the initial stages conducted online in collaboration with Unstop. Finalists will then be invited to the BIM Tiruchirappalli campus on November 7 and 8, 2025, for the grand finale, where they will compete in person and showcase their expertise in navigating the future of business.
