Offline Hackathon
Round 3: 24-Hour Offline Hackathon & Project Expo Date & Time: March 28th, 8:00 AM – March 29th, 8:00 AM Venue: will be updated. This is the main round where participants will work on their projects offline at the designated venue for 24 hours. You must showcase your skills and build your project during this period. Project Expo & Judging After the hackathon, a Project Expo will be conducted where teams will present their final project outputs. Judges will review the projects, and the top three teams will be awarded cash prizes. Participation Fee & Facilities Round 3 is not free – every participant must pay a participation fee. Food will be provided for all participants during the 24-hour hackathon. Accommodation & food outside these two days (March 28-29) will be available for an additional fee.
All that you need to know about Hack-With-IoT
Eligibility:
- The hackathon is open to college students (undergraduate).
- Participants must have a basic understanding of electronics and programming.
- Teams should consist of 2 - 4 members.
- Inter-college teams are allowed (i.e., participants from different colleges can form teams).
- Inter-specialization teams are allowed (i.e., participants from different specializations can form teams, e.g., computer science and electronics).
Competition Structure:
Round 1 – Quiz
- A technical quiz will be conducted.
- Teams having only 1 member will be eliminated.
- Shortlisted teams will proceed to the next round.
Round 2 – Problem-Solving Round
- Shortlisted teams will be given a real-time problem statement.
- Teams must build a PPT solution for Round 3, related to AI-driven IoT.
Round 3 – AI-Driven IoT Hackathon
A 24-hour offline hackathon will be conducted from March 28th, 8:00 AM – March 29th, 8:00 AM at the provided venue. Participants will work on their projects within this timeframe, showcasing their AI and IoT skills to develop innovative solutions.
Project Expo & Judging
After the hackathon, a Project Expo will be held where teams will showcase their final project output. Judges will review the projects, assess their impact, and finalize the winners. The top three teams will receive cash prizes.
Participation Fee & Facilities
- Round 3 is not free – every participant must pay a participation fee.
- Food will be provided during the 24-hour hackathon.
- Accommodation & food outside March 28-29 will be available for an additional fee.
Problem Statements:
- The competition will feature 3–5 predefined problem statements related to AI-driven IoT.
- Teams can also propose their own ideas, but they must be approved by the hackathon organizers in advance.
Hardware Components for the Hackathon

Participants Must Bring all hardware components needed for their project.
Rules & Judging Criteria:
Team Composition:
- Teams must have a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members.
- Each team member must actively contribute to the project development.
Judging Criteria:
- Innovation – Creativity and uniqueness of the solution.
- Technical Execution – Quality and functionality of the AI-driven IoT prototype.
- Usability & Impact – Practicality and real-world applicability.
- Presentation – Clarity, depth of explanation, and overall demonstration.
Code of Conduct:
- Participants must respect fellow competitors, mentors, and judges.
- Cheating, plagiarism, or unethical practices (including using unauthorized resources or code) will result in disqualification.
Mentorship & Support:
- Participants will have access to mentors who are experts in AI-driven IoT.
- Queries will be answered during office hours, and support will be available for troubleshooting.
Accommodation & Food:
- Accommodation and food will be provided for all participants during the hackathon.
