Venue: Offline at IIITD campus, Okhla Phase 3

Guidelines:

• Team Formation: Participants can form teams of up to four members. Solo participation is also allowed.
• Project Development: Participants are expected to work on their projects only within the hackathon duration.
• Submissions: All submissions must be made by 2:00 PM on March 9, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Presentation: After submission, each team will present their project to the jury. The presentation should include a demo of the working prototype and an explanation of the technology used.
• Judging Criteria: Projects will be judged based on innovation, technical complexity, usability, and overall impact.
• Meals: Participants will be provided with two meals:
• Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment throughout the event. Any form of harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated.

Rules:

• Registration for the event is mandatory. Participants are required to sign up in advance to confirm their participation.
• A student cannot be part of more than one team.
• Dummy registrations are not allowed.
• Breaking any rule will ultimately lead to disqualification.
• The decision of the organizers and judges will be final.
• This event is open to all college students.

Note: We are not providing any accommodation. Teams can either stay in the hackathon hall overnight or leave at night and return by 9 AM to rejoin the hackathon.
