Preliminary Round:
The journey begins with the preliminary round starting on January 19th, 2025. Show us your skills and earn your ticket to the final round at the prestigious University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata campus.

• Who can participate?
  Current students from any college or university can participate.

• What is the maximum/minimum team size?
  Teams can range in size from 1 to 4 participants.

• Are cross-institutional teams allowed?
  Yes. Teams can be formed with students from different institutions.

• Can I participate solo?
  While we encourage teamwork, if you prefer to participate solo, you're welcome to do so.

• What is the participation fee?
  InnoFusion Hackathon is absolutely free to register.

• What is the theme of this hackathon?
  This is an open innovation-based hackathon. Hackers will define their own problem statements and solutions.

• Where will the grand finale be held?
  The grand finale will be held at the University Of Engineering and Management, University Area, Action Area III, New Town, Kolkata - 700160.

• Can I participate remotely?
  The idea submission round is conducted online, allowing remote participation. However, please note that the grand finale will be held offline.

• Will accommodation be provided during the hackathon?
  Accommodation will be provided in the university campus during the hackathon. More details will be communicated to the finalists.

• Do we need to bring our own food?
  If you prefer to, you can bring your own food, but we'll also be providing food and beverages.

• Are we allowed to leave the campus before the conclusion of the hackathon?
  Participants are required to stay on campus until the conclusion of the hackathon. Leaving early will result in disqualification, as midway evaluations will be there.
