You are required to build a Mini CRM backend using NestJS / Node.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and JWT authentication.

Responsibilities:
- Build REST APIs for mobile + admin dashboard
- Work with PostgreSQL & database schemas
- Implement authentication & role management
- Write scalable, clean backend code
- API testing + documentation
Requirements:
- Node.js fundamentals (NestJS preferred)
- PostgreSQL / Prisma basics
- Understanding of APIs & DB concepts
- Git + clean coding habits
