Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM.
- Assist the sales team in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries and guide prospects with program details.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, conversions, and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation ability.
- Basic understanding of sales processes.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus.
