Front End Developer Internship

StockTicker is hiring for the role of Front End Developer Intern!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Web Interfaces

  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user interfaces.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using frontend frameworks and technologies.
  • Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.

• Collaborate on UI/UX Design

  • Work closely with the design team to translate mockups and wireframes into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Provide feedback on designs to enhance usability and performance.

• Optimize Application Performance

  • Monitor and improve the performance of the frontend components.
  • Optimize code for scalability and fast loading times.

• Participate in Agile Development Processes

  • Attend team meetings, share updates, and provide input during sprint planning.
  • Contribute to the ideation and testing phases of the development lifecycle.

• Debugging and Troubleshooting

  • Identify and resolve issues in the application.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems.

• Education and Background

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience or projects showcasing frontend development skills is a plus.
