Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, sales, and support roles
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Support HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
- Support training, learning, and development initiatives
- Help administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies
- Maintain employee records and ensure labor law compliance
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR fundamentals
- Familiarity with IT/Tech hiring is a plus
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS/HRMS tools
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset to track hiring metrics and HR data
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy
- MBA in HR or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition (IT/ITES preferred)
