Roles:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce relevant products/services.
  • Assist the sales team in scheduling demos, follow-up calls, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, progress updates, and communication history in CRM tools.
  • Support in creating sales pitches, basic proposals, and outreach scripts.
  • Track daily outreach performance, response rates, and lead conversions.
  • Coordinate with marketing to execute campaigns and analyze lead quality.
  • Conduct research on target industries, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve the sales funnel and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing lead status, achievements, and insights.
